The BMW N74B60 (commonly designated as N74B60U0 / N74B60A) is a 6.0L twin-turbocharged V12 gasoline engine introduced by the BMW Group in 2009 to replace the previous naturally aspirated N73 engine. It was BMW’s first mass-produced turbocharged V12 powertrain, drawing heavily on technology from the N63 V8 (such as high-pressure direct injection and twin turbochargers), and was designed specifically for flagship luxury models.
